There's a book listed on the UK Amazon website called Follow That Hippo!
Here's part of the book's description:
"The hyenas are in the Pride Lands, causing trouble!"
Since it has been confirmed the hyenas live in The Outlands, it's possible The Outlands will be an important area in the book, or perhaps a passing mention. Maybe the hyenas will hate the land much like The Outsiders did.
Given the title it's likely that Beshte will have a leading role in the book. Maybe he'll stop the hyenas, or go the route of many other shows and have him befriend them and turn bad for a while, until his friends snap him back into place.
We'll have to wait for March 8th 2016 to know for sure.

An Outlands based Lion Guard book in the works
There's a page on Amazon for a Lion Guard book coming out May 3rd 2016
Here's the summary:
"When Kion gets separated from the rest of the Lion Guard, he gets lost in the Outlands! Kion has to be careful while he's in hyena territory because all hyenas are dangerous . . . or are they? Kion makes a new friend and learns an important lesson in this exciting Level Pre-1 reader!"
Perhaps this new friend is Zuri who was confirmed to be voiced by Madison Pettis, who is described by her as a diva and fashionista.
Maybe the book will show parallels to Simba's Pride, as his older sister, Kiara also befriended an enemy (Kovu). Their friendship formed into love and their love helped bring peace between their feuding Prides.
We are one is an important lesson and this book has potential to reinforce it.
In case you forgot, here's some refreshers on We are one:

May 3rd is a long wait, but it will surely be worth it.
Kiara's design in The Lion Guard
The book Can't Wait to be Queen has got a new cover that shows Kiara's design in The Lion Guard! This is huge news!
And she looks perfect! They took her original design and imagined it flawlessly to The Lion Guard's style.
Here's what she looked like in Lion King 2:
(Source: Lion King Wikia)
The only thing of concern is that she's a cub on the cover, meaning a big part of Simba's Pride's story is changed. Unless now Kion is meant to exist in Lion King 2.
Maybe during Kiara's cubhood in the film, he's not born yet. Before Kiara's first hunt maybe he's patrolling with The Lion Guard. When Kovu's let into the Pride under reserved judgement, it would make sense Simba would want Kovu away from his son. Then during Kiara's hunting lesson, it wouldn't make sense for him to tag along. Following that, under the stars, he might already be asleep at that time. During Kovu's exile and the final battle, Simba might want him to stay in the den for safety reasons.
You'd have to extend your belief and imagination, but The Lion King's continuity already is a fickle
thing itself.
I'm just exited to see how Kiara looks, and I'll be happily waiting for more of her.

A look at Simba and Nala's Lion Guard designs
(Source: Disney Wikia)
This promotional picture is the first we've seen Simba and Nala's depictions in the series (Hopefully soon we will see Kiara's design).
Nala's coloring seems to be more based on her Lion King colors:

But she seems to have her Simba's Pride eyes and general face shape,

Simba also seems to be a mix of his Lion King design and his Simba's Pride design. His coloring seems to be based on the first Lion King, but his build and his mane seem more like his Simba's Pride incarnation.

James Earl Jones is alive
There's rumor going on that James Earl Jones died going around, but it's not true.
Apparently on a website there an article on a parody website with a title claiming he died. However when the article was clicked on it took you to a page on Feednewz.com\Prank.link that said "You got Owned!"
However not everyone clicked on it and assumed he died.
The website's purpose is to make fake news stories and
James Earl Jones recently even made a Twitter, although he is yet to have tweeted anything. His bio says: "The official Twitter account for James Earl Jones, now starring in THE GIN GAME on Broadway.@gingamebroadway"
And as many articles point out, he's set to reprise his role as Mufasa in The Lion Guard: Return of The Roar, the character he played in Disney's The Lion King, and The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride.

New additions to the "Kiara in The Lion Guard" website
New additions to my website about Kiara in The Lion Guard.
First of all, I added more press mentions of Kiara like I said I'd try and do in the last post.
Added the book's description and number of pages to the Can't wait to be Queen page.
Because we know Eden Riegel will be voicing Kiara, I have made a page dedicated to her as well.
The last new edition is Who is Kiara? It tells the story of how Kiara came to be: starting as just the cub at the end of The Lion King, to becoming the fully fleshed character as seen in Simba's Pride. Includes pictures and her story in Simba's Pride. I intend to add more to this, including more pictures and quotes.
The next page I'm working on is one that is more of a fun page than anything. It will show parallels of Kion and Kiara.
Two more months until The Lion Guard!
